Hey everyone, it's time for the second update. I've just revamped our "Rules" page again, switching some text around and adding a section at the bottom; I also tweaked some of the questions on our Staff Application Center form. Finally, I continued messing with the "Welcome!" page, and I don't plan to stop until I reach a perfect design for it. On another note, happy Veteran's Day!
And I thought the first list of updates/additions was short...
